Your added security for spontaneous changes
With the Carefree Package, you can stay relaxed even if your plans change.
For just 5 euros per ticket per day, you can cancel your ticket until 9:00 AM on the first day of use without giving a reason and receive a full refund of the ticket price.
How the Carefree Package Works

Add during booking
Select the Carefree Package for 5 euros per ticket per day during your booking. It can be added individually to each ticket.

Stay flexible
You can cancel your ticket until 9:00 AM on the first day of use.

Send us an email
Email info@hochkar.com and attach your booking confirmation, stating which ticket you want to cancel.

Respect the deadline
Your message must arrive by 9:00 AM on the first valid day. Multi-day tickets can only be cancelled in full.

Receive your refund
You will receive a full refund of the ticket price. The 5 euro fee per ticket remains as a processing fee. Refund processing usually takes a few days.
Important information about the Carefree package
Transparent details regarding cancellation
The Carefree Package can only be selected during the initial purchase of your tickets.
It cannot be added afterwards.
In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
The 5 euros per ticket per day are considered a processing fee and are non-refundable.
Example:
2 day tickets at 40 euros each with Carefree Package
Refund 80 euros
10 euros remain as a processing fee
Multi-day tickets can only be cancelled in full and not for individual days.
If you would like to be able to cancel individual days, it is best to book separate 1-day tickets instead of a multi-day ticket – each with the Carefree package. A multi-day ticket can only be cancelled for all days together, and only on the first day until 09:00 AM.
